Needle Hunt

A free, cozy browser game built entirely from our Haystack Needle Hunt pixel art pack. Every sprite and animation you see here is in the pack.

How to play

• Tap and swipe the haystack to clear hay. Somewhere inside, one needle is hiding.
• Look for the glint. A hit uncovers the needle bit by bit, later levels need a few hits.
• Find it fast for a Quick Find bonus (x2). After that the hay is loose and every tap clears double.
• Stuck? After 20 seconds the needle starts to glint on its own.
• Watch out for rusty needles. They pay a little, but they are not the one you are looking for.

10 levels, then the farm takes over

The first 10 haystacks teach the hunt. The needle gets smaller, hides deeper and brings rusty decoys along. After that the stacks keep growing and your farm grows with them: 10 machines from rake robots to magnet cranes, 29 upgrades, a metal detector that tells you hot or cold, golden and gem needles, offline progress, and a new barn to restart with bonus stars.

Made for phones

Portrait layout, big touch targets, sharp on high resolution screens. Plays with a mouse on desktop too. English and German, switch with the button in the top corner. Your progress is saved in your browser.
